Hands of Grace Community Outreach was created from a desire to respond to real needs in the community with compassion, faith, and practical support. We believe every person deserves to be treated with dignity, regardless of their circumstances.
OUR MISSION
Helping Our Neighbors With Compassion and Dignity
Our mission is to serve elderly, disabled, low-income, and vulnerable community members by providing essential support such as food, clothing, utility assistance, medication help, transportation support, and other practical resources. We believe that when people receive help during difficult seasons, they are better able to regain stability, experience hope, and continue moving forward.

Hands of Grace Community Outreach is rooted in the belief that love should be demonstrated through action. Our work is not only about meeting physical needs. It is about reminding people that they matter, that their community cares, and that hope is still possible even during hardship.

Serving Those Who Need a Helping Hand
We serve individuals and families who may be struggling to make ends meet, living paycheck to paycheck, relying on Social Security or disability income, or facing sudden hardship. While we have a special heart for elderly and disabled neighbors, our outreach is designed to support anyone in the community who is facing genuine need.
